Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Calvary Chapel Golden Springs Christian Bookstore!
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We offer a hassle-free return policy for your convenience.
Return Window:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.
Eligible Items:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- With all tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- You must also have your original receipt.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us by email at bookstore@calvarygs.org. Briefly describe the item you are returning and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with further instructions, including a return address confirmation (22324 Golden Springs Drive, Diamond Bar California 91765, United States).
Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for purchasing a shipping label to return the item to us.
- Alternatively, we can deduct the cost of a pre-paid shipping label from your refund amount.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
