Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Calvary Chapel Golden Springs Christian Bookstore!

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We offer a hassle-free return policy for your convenience.

Return Window:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Eligible Items:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition you received it:
    • Unworn or unused
    • With all tags still attached
    • In its original packaging
  • You must also have your original receipt.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us by email at bookstore@calvarygs.org. Briefly describe the item you are returning and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide you with further instructions, including a return address confirmation (22324 Golden Springs Drive, Diamond Bar California 91765, United States).

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for purchasing a shipping label to return the item to us.
  • Alternatively, we can deduct the cost of a pre-paid shipping label from your refund amount.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
